What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, visit request, rental application, partner inquiry or job application), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include such as the unit you are interested in, your desired move-in date, your property address, or your professional experience. We do not collect government identifiers, financial information or credit information through this website.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your request: answering questions, scheduling visits, processing rental interest, evaluating partnership inquiries and reviewing applications. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and may be processed by the service providers that operate this website and our email (website hosting and email delivery providers). Where a request concerns a building operated with one of our property partners, relevant details may be shared with that partner to process your request. These providers and partners may store data outside Quebec; we limit what is shared to what is necessary.
Retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to measure aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate region). It does not use advertising trackers and does not build individual profiles.
